Description
Five years in wood shape this French single malt, which takes methods borrowed from Scottish distilling and applies them to French barley and French maturation conditions. Bottled at 45% ABV in a 700 ml format, it carries a stated age and a premium designation that point to deliberate production choices from start to finish.
The profile leans on orchard fruit and honey, with subtle spice and oak filling in behind. The result sits between two European whisky traditions rather than imitating either one outright.
