Description
Mountaineer Blend of Straight Bourbon is a traditional American whiskey built around corn-forward bourbon character at elevated proof. The 750 ml bottle is filled at 48.5% ABV.
The profile leans on bold oak influence and warming spice, the sort of backbone expected from quality straight bourbon. Corn sweetness leads, followed by caramel, oak char and a spiced warmth through the finish.
A substantial expression of the blended straight bourbon style, with proof and wood presence working together rather than one covering the other.
