Bottled at 45.3% ABV without any time in wood, this joven mezcal from Oaxaca brings together several agave varieties in a single ensamble. Production follows artisanal methods, and the 750 ml bottle reflects the character of the plants themselves rather than barrel influence. The profile opens on smoke and fresh agave, with herbal and citrus notes running through the middle and a spicy finish. It’s a straightforward look at Oaxacan mezcal craft and the terroir behind the agave used.
