Introduced in the summer of 2011, Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial arrived as the first champagne made specifically to be poured over ice. At 12% ABV in a 750 ml bottle, it keeps the recognizable Moet & Chandon character while taking a more relaxed approach, with a balanced flavor profile, smooth texture and subtle notes that speak to the house’s craftsmanship.
The intended serve is straightforward: chill the glass, pour the champagne, then drop in three ice cubes. Large wine glasses are the vessel of choice here, no formal codes required, which makes it suited to the beach or poolside and to easygoing celebrations with friends on a warm, sunny day.
