Description
Mod Sélection Reserve Champagne is built from 55% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, grown on chalk and clay-limestone soils and aged 3 to 4 years before release. The result is a cuvée of considerable purity, with lively aromatics and vibrant white fruit running through the palate.
Freshness leads, backed by a bracing mineral streak that reflects the character of the vineyards. Balanced and versatile, this 750 ml bottling sits at 12% ABV and shows the house style in clear, unadorned form.
