Description
Mocel Mezcal Artesanal Ensamble 2022 is a 750 ml mezcal built from multiple agave varieties and made using traditional artesanal production methods. The ensamble approach brings those agave types together into a single layered spirit bottled at 46% ABV.
The profile leads with smoke and earth, backed by mineral complexity and the natural sweetness of agave. Varied fruit notes run through it, a reflection of the different agave varieties in the blend.
This is a mezcal that shows the diversity of agave types alongside the craft of traditional production techniques, carrying the 2022 vintage designation.
