Mistral Gran Pisco Anejado en Roble is a pisco aged in oak barrels, giving it depth beyond traditional pisco styles. The extended barrel maturation adds color and complexity while keeping the grape-forward character of the spirit intact.
Bottled at 46% ABV in a 750 ml bottle, this Peruvian spirit shows the influence of the wood without losing its base. Oak aging brings vanilla and caramel into the profile alongside the fruit.
Tasting notes: grape and caramel lead, followed by vanilla, oak and spice, closing on a smooth finish.
