Made entirely from espadin agave, this mezcal spends a short stretch in barrel before bottling at 40% ABV. That time in wood rounds the edges of the smoke and layers oak into the spirit without covering up what makes mezcal recognizable. The result pours together vanilla and wood tones with roasted agave and lingering smoke, finishing smooth. Its reposado aging makes it an easy expression to sip, offered in a 750 ml bottle.
