Method and Madness Tripled Distilled Rye and Malt 92 Proof 700mL

Rye and malt share the mash bill in this Irish take on a style more often associated elsewhere. Three passes through the still round off the spirit, leaving spicy rye up front, toasted malt behind it and a thread of subtle fruit running through the middle. Bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof) in a 700 ml bottle, it reads as smooth but layered, with the grain character holding its shape from start to finish. The result sits apart from conventional rye whiskeys while keeping plenty of depth and definition.
