MEA Sipon Pet Nat is a natural wine crafted by , in the Štajerska region in . This sparkling white Pet Nat wine is made with grapes, known locally as Šipon. This is a tangy, herbaceous, fresh and interesting pet nat, with a subtle minty taste (almost like After Eight mints?!?) actually too, as Furmint can sometimes have (Ironically just coincidence with the name!).
This is Matic’s signature wine, a true labor of love. He chose to name the wine “Mea,” which is Latin for “mine,” as this was the first wine he produced commercially.
Quite bubbly and incredible value! Recommended for those looking for something different, and quite raw!
