Planals is a easy drinking, natural wine crafted by Tom Lubbe of , in the southern and hot Roussillon region in . This red wine is actually made with a mix of red and white grapes: 50% and then a blend of Muscat of Alexandria, Macabeu and for the remaining half
This mix usually gives an animating lift and special sort of mouthfeel and body to wines, and here with this Matassa wine Planals we have not yet tried, we hear it has a spicy touch combined with scrumptious bursts of forest fruits and vibrant berries!
