Mastic Tears Dry is built around a mastic distillate, giving the spirit an aromatic character that reads as both assertive and refined. At 30% ABV in a 700 ml bottle, it carries enough presence to hold its shape in a drink while keeping its resinous edge intact. Mix it into cocktails that lean on unusual aromatics, or pour it neat and thoroughly chilled as an after-dinner digestive. The range of uses makes it a practical bottle for anyone drawn to layered, less obvious flavors.
