A direct-press blend of Riesling, Silvaner, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir. Fermented and aged across new 500-litre oak and larger neutral barrels, bringing together freshness, breadth and subtle oak spice. The result is layered but not heavy: citrus and orchard fruit, a creamy mid-palate and the stony, saline finish we associate with Flonheim limestone.
