Tami’s Peppermint Cream is a sweet cream moonshine liqueur from Marcotte Distilling in Philomath, Oregon. Joe and Janelle Marcotte opened the distillery’s storefront in 2018. This flavor is named after a dear friend of Janelle’s. The family counts it among their favorite creations. It is bottled at 34 proof, or 17% ABV.
As the name promises, peppermint and sweet cream lead the way. The mint feels cool and fresh. The cream softens it and adds a gentle sweetness. The texture is smooth and easy to sip, and a light peppermint note stays after each taste.
