All Manischewitz Wines are made and bottled under the strict Rabbinical supervision of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America. All of our fine products carry the mark of quality that signifies adherence to Orthodox Union guidelines. This sweet and fruity wine is bursting with the essence of fresh Concord grapes. Fermentation at 60 degrees in stainless steel tanks allows the wine to maintain the refreshing character of the Concord grape. Warm days and cool nights during the growing season allow the wine to maintain ripe grape aromas and crisp acidity.
