Bottled at 40% ABV in a full liter, Mangatta Gold is a joven tequila built around cooked agave with a slight sweetness running through it. A short stay in oak lends light vanilla, while a touch of citrus keeps the profile bright. The straightforward character makes it flexible: it holds up in margaritas and other mixed drinks, and it works just as well poured on its own in relaxed company.
