Bottled at 50% ABV in a 750 ml format, Northern Rye No. 01 is the first in Mammoth Distilling & Co’s Limited Release series. The whiskey leans into the grain, with spicy rye up front and a clear regional stamp from the distillery’s approach to rye production. Charred oak sits behind the spice, joined by caramel sweetness and a run of black pepper. The finish pulls dry, keeping the rye character in place through the last sip.
