Malibu Black turns up the strength behind the familiar coconut profile, bottled at 70 proof (35% ABV) in a 750 ml format. The result keeps the tangy coconut character but backs it with more rum presence, so it holds its shape in coconut-based mixed drinks. Sweetness is dialed back compared with the standard Malibu, giving the liqueur a firmer edge. On the palate, freshly cracked coconut leads, followed by undertones of Caribbean rum, Madagascar vanilla and warm caramel.
