Description
From the Côte d’Or in Burgundy, this 2019 Meursault from Maison Louis Latour is bottled at 13.5% ABV in a 750 ml format. The limestone soils of the appellation come through in the glass, giving the Chardonnay a mineral spine alongside the rounder, buttery weight that Meursault is known for.
Hazelnut and citrus-driven minerality lead, with white flower aromatics, butter notes and a restrained touch of oak carrying into an elegant finish. The 2019 vintage drinks well now while retaining the structure to hold in the cellar.
