Bottled at 48% ABV in a 700ml format, Madre Blanco carries more weight than a standard unaged tequila. The higher proof pulls the agave forward, backed by white pepper heat, citrus peel and a run of herbal notes. That concentration makes it work two ways: poured neat, where the intensity is the point, or built into cocktails that need a spirit with enough backbone to hold its shape.
