Description
Before distillation, the agave for El Humoso is smoked over mesquite wood, and that step defines the tequila in the glass. The nose leads with mineral depth alongside herbal and citrus aromatics, setting up a blanco that reads smoky without losing its agave center.
On the palate, sweet cooked agave sits opposite earthy firewood, with vegetal, mineral notes threading between them. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml bottle, it closes dry and long, with citrus brightness and mineral complexity holding on through the finish.
