Cremant de Pinot 2024 is a natural wine crafted by , in the Pfalz region in . This sparkling wine is made with grapes as well as Pinot Meunier (known in Germany as Schwarzriesling) made as a Blanc de Noir. He calls it a Cremant, but it is a German Sekt. Maybe as better than most Sekt he upgraded to Cremant? 😉
Very cool, super fresh. We enjoyed whispers of apple tarte tartin and a mild vanilla custard touch amongst wet pebble stoney aspects keeping it crisp on the finish
