Description
Espadín agave grown nearby is harvested by hand, then the hearts are roasted slowly underground over several days — the step that gives this artesanal mezcal its smoky, gently sweet character.
After roasting, the piñas go through a stone molino for crushing, ferment naturally in wooden vats, and finish with a double distillation in a copper pot still. Bottled at 45% ABV in a 750 ml bottle, it carries roasted agave and campfire smoke alongside citrus zest, earthy depth, and a touch of minerality and pepper at the close.
