Description
Los Javis Reposado Mezcal Maguey is a 750 ml reposado bottled at 41.43% ABV. It pairs traditional mezcal production with a period of oak aging, the defining step of the reposado category.
Time in oak brings a subtle wood influence and a refined smoothness, while the smoky agave character central to authentic mezcal stays in place. The Maguey varietal selection and reposado classification point to a production approach built around balance between smoke and development.
Tasting notes:
- Agave smoke
