Made in small production runs, Lokita Tequila Blanco gives its makers room to watch over every stage closely rather than chase volume. Bottled unaged at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format, it puts blue agave forward without anything getting in the way. The pour leans bright and green: clear agave up front, a peppery bite, fresh herbs, a lift of citrus and a mineral edge underneath. That layering is what sets it apart from tequilas built on an industrial scale.
