Twenty-five years in select barrels shape this straight rye, bottled at 55.5% ABV in a 750 ml format. The long maturation pushes the spirit toward oak and spice, with rye pepper and caramel woven through a weighty, high-proof frame. Extended aging of a rye distillate builds layers that shorter-aged whiskeys don’t reach, and this expression leans into that depth. Complexity is the throughline here, from the grain’s natural spice to the influence of a quarter century in wood.
