The Fallow Edition comes from Lochlea’s farm-based approach, where the barley grown on site shapes what ends up in the glass. Bottled at 46% ABV in a 700ml format, it reflects the distillery’s focus on place and process rather than volume. The palate leans on orchard fruit and honey, with light spice and grassy notes running alongside. A subtle peat undertone sits underneath, rounding out a single malt built around Lochlea’s own growing and production cycle.
