Barley sits at the heart of this gin, standing in for the neutral spirits that usually form a gin’s backbone. Bottled at 43% ABV in a 750 ml format, it carries a creamy grain character that supports the botanicals rather than getting out of the way of them.
The result moves away from both juniper-forward London Dry styles and conventional grain gins. Floral botanicals come through clearly, followed by a subtle thread of spice, and the barley base carries everything to a smooth finish.
