Years in the barrel shape this 750 ml Extra A\u00f1ejo from Leyenda De Mexico, bottled at 40% ABV. The extended rest gives the spirit its weight, with oak coming through alongside a caramel sweetness that runs through the middle of the palate. What follows is a deeply aged profile that closes out smooth rather than sharp. Traditional Mexican production methods and patient maturation account for the layered character in the glass.
