Description
Cremant 2020 Blanc de Noirs is a natural wine crafted by , in the Jura region in . This sparkling Cremant wine is made with , as well as grapes, split equally into thirds. The wine was bottled in May 2022 and disgorged in April 2025 by Valerntin Morel, in his winery in Poligny.
Here, don’t expect boring “fresh” flavours, but instead on the nose there is cardamom, vanilla, honeysuckle and bruised apple which leads to a special palate featuring a mild nuttyness alongside melon and more complexity. Very cool and different, and exactly the sort of sparkling that excites us!
