Description
Boomerang 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Les Bottes Rouges, in the Jura region in . This large format MAGNUM sized red wine is made with and grapes. We tried it at the winery this year and were blown away by it’s vibrancy and energy.
Herbal, cherry touches, vanilla, cooked apple and vibrant acidity with nice integrated VA.

Boomerang in magnum
Jura reds like this love a bigger bottle. The magnum keeps the energy and freshness a bit longer, so it is a good one to open now and still enjoy over a long dinner.
How is it made?
Trousseau and Poulsard (around 60/40 in 2023) from grey Lias marl soils, macerated for about four weeks in stainless steel and bottled at about 12%.
