Description
Lemon Hart 151 Rum is an overproof rum bottled at 75.5% ABV in a 750 ml bottle. It follows the traditional navy style, with the high strength carrying a concentrated, authentic rum character.
The palate is built on rich molasses and oak, with caramel and warming spice running through. The alcohol makes itself felt with an intense burn, and the finish is warming and complex.
At this proof, the rum holds its shape in mixed drinks, which makes it a fit for potent cocktails and tiki builds where its robust flavors need to carry through.
