Description
Ull De Llebre 2024 is a natural wine crafted by , in the Catalonia region in . This red wine is made with grapes, otherwise known as Tempranillo. There is also a cheeky little 10% of Grenache slipped into the blend here to add a little soft spice.
Expect pops of dark cherrys, liquorice, blackcurrants, black olive and mild violets blackcurrant, dark cherry, liquorice, black olive and subtle violet notes, with a savoury finish.
This La Rural wine is made from 90% Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo) and 10% Grenache from 36-year-old vines in Santes Creus, planted at around 408 metres altitude on limestone and clay soils. The grapes are destemmed and macerated on the skins for 2 days in stainless steel.
