Bottled at 48.51% ABV, this joven mezcal comes from a seasonal series tied to Oaxaca’s rainy months. Production follows ancestral distillation, the oldest of the region’s methods, and each release reflects the conditions of the season in which it was made.
The 750 ml bottle carries roasted agave at its center, with woodsmoke, a mineral streak and earthy undertones running underneath. Herbal complexity rounds out the profile, shaped by terroir and traditional Oaxacan practice rather than production at scale.
