Bottled unaged at 48.51% ABV, this joven mezcal comes from the artisanal traditions of Oaxaca, Mexico. The 750 ml bottle carries no barrel influence, so the tequilana agave stays front and center. The profile runs through smoke and cooked agave, with mineral depth and lifts of citrus and herbal notes. It works on its own or as the backbone of a cocktail.
