Description
La Higuera Sotol Texanum is a distinctive expression crafted from the Dasylirion texanum plant, offering a vibrant and slightly wilder take on traditional sotol. Produced in small batches using time-honored techniques, this spirit reflects the rugged landscape where the plant thrives, delivering a profile that is both expressive and approachable. Its careful production preserves the natural character of the plant, resulting in a spirit that feels alive with complexity.
This sotol leans toward a brighter and slightly fruit-forward profile while maintaining the earthy backbone that defines the category. It’s an excellent option for those looking to explore new flavor dimensions beyond tequila and mezcal, as well as for bartenders seeking a versatile spirit that shines in both refreshing and spirit-forward cocktails. Its balance of freshness and depth makes it an easy standout in any lineup.
