Bottled at 49.9% ABV, La Higuera Sotol Texanum comes from wild sotol plants growing across the Chihuahuan Desert of Mexico. Sotol sits apart from agave spirits like mezcal, drawing its character from a different plant and from the arid ground it grows in.
