Distilled from Dasylirion cedrosanum, this sotol from La Higuera is bottled at 49.6% ABV in a 750 ml format. The wild desert plant carries its mineral, botanical character straight through the spirit, with traditional fermentation and distillation shaping the finished expression.
The palate runs through desert herbs and wet stone, joined by smoke, a touch of agave sweetness, citrus lift and a peppery spice note. At this strength, those layers arrive with weight and definition rather than sitting in the background.
