How is La Grange Saint André ‘Blanc Seing’ 2025 made?

60% Grenache Blanc at eighteen years old and 40% Cinsault at fifteen years old, off a hectare of miocene sandstone and deep sandy clay at 110 metres, on north-west facing slopes that keep the whole thing cool. Direct press after a hand harvest, fermented in tank, then six months of ageing for the Cinsault and eighteen for the Grenache Blanc.

A small amount of sulphur goes in, under 30mg/L in total.
