Description
Koval Single Barrel Bottled in Bond Rye Whiskey is drawn from hand-selected barrels held in the distillery’s federally bonded warehouse, aged a minimum of four years and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) in a 750 ml bottle.
Made from unmalted grain, it leads with pronounced spice. Sweet cinnamon and ginger move across the palate before the whiskey settles into a rich, well-balanced finish.
As a single barrel release, each bottling carries the character of the individual cask it came from, at full bonded strength.
