Bottled at 36% ABV in a 200 ml format, Knox and Dobson Rye Manhattan is a rye whiskey built around balance and definition. Black pepper and citrus zest lead, with caramel and oak filling in behind and a dry finish closing things out. It works poured on its own, and it holds up just as well mixed into cocktails, making it a practical bottle to keep within reach on the bar.
