Knob Creek The Bourbon Enthusiast Single Barrel Select

Knob Creek The Bourbon Enthusiast Single Barrel Select

Knob Creek began in the early 1990s, when master distiller Booker Noe built The Small Batch Bourbon Collection around a simple idea: bring back real whiskey rather than add another ordinary bottling to the shelf. The brand was shaped to return to the standards of full-flavored, pre-Prohibition style whiskey. This Bourbon Enthusiast Single Barrel Select, bottled at 750 ml and 60% ABV, follows that thinking as closely as any Knob Creek release. Because each barrel matures on its own, every batch shows slight differences in taste, color and aroma depending on its age and where it sat on the rack.
