Knob Creek Single Barrel Privately Select Bourbon

Knob Creek Single Barrel Privately Select Bourbon

Bottled at 60% ABV in a 750 ml format, Knob Creek Single Barrel Privately Select Bourbon comes from one hand-picked barrel rather than a blend of many. The pre-Prohibition-style approach Booker Noe set out to revive shows up here in full-flavored, traditionally made whiskey. Because every bottling traces back to a single cask, batches differ slightly in taste, color and aroma depending on the barrel’s age and where it rested in the rackhouse. That variation is the point: each private selection reflects the specific barrel it came from.
