Knob Creek Rye Single Barrel V#768335 – Bourbon Enthusiast 5 / 20 “6yr Select”

Bottled from a single cask, barrel V#768335 comes out of Knob Creek’s rye-forward bourbon program, chosen as a Bourbon Enthusiast 5/20 “6yr Select.” Six years in oak build a profile driven by rye spice and oak char, with caramel sweetness underneath and the concentrated intensity that barrel-specific bottling brings. Because nothing is blended away, this 750 ml release reflects the character of one cask rather than an averaged house style. That variation from barrel to barrel is what draws bourbon collectors to single barrel expressions rooted in Kentucky tradition.
