Description
Spätburgunder 2024 is a natural wine crafted by , in the Württemberg region in . This red wine is made with grapes, known in Germany as Spätburgunder. Expect forest berries and some freshness in this Pinot Noir, alongside a little structure too making it ideal for food.
Grown on a mix of limestone and loess soils, giving both structure and lift. The fruit is typically hand-harvested and fermented with a portion of whole clusters, then aged in used oak barrels to keep the profile transparent rather than marked by wood.
