Kilinga Bacanora Silvestre is an unaged bacanora made in Sonora, Mexico, from wild agave. The silvestre designation points to the region’s traditional use of non-cultivated agave varietals in spirit production.
Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml bottle, it shows the distinctive character of wild agave, with herbaceous and mineral complexity running through the spirit.
