Description
Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format, Kelt Rare VSOP is built from eau-de-vie matured in French oak. The VSOP classification sets the minimum aging the blend must meet, and that time in barrel shows in a cognac with settled, developed character rather than raw edges.
On the palate, oak and vanilla lead, followed by dried apricot and a thread of subtle spice, closing with a warm finish. The result is balanced and easy to follow, approachable enough for someone new to cognac while holding enough depth for a longtime collector.
