Description
Bottled at cask strength, Keepers Heart Irish + Bourbon brings Irish whiskey together with spirit matured in bourbon casks. The pairing lets the softer, spiced character of Irish whiskey sit alongside the deeper notes drawn from bourbon barrel aging, all in a 750 ml bottle.
Expect vanilla oak and caramel up front, Irish spice running through the middle, and clear bourbon influence on a full-bodied, warming finish. It’s a blend built for drinkers who want intensity and layered flavor rather than something restrained.
