Bloma Rouge is the red counterpart to Bloma Blanc, also new for 2025. 100% Merlot + wild herb from the forest. 4 weeks semi carbonic maceration/infusion
Production size is JUST 200 bottles.
Infused herbs: Yarrow, Sunflower, Dock, Lilacs, Wild Carrot, Mugwort, Elderflower, Spruce, Douglas Fir
Bottled without added sulfites .
Jasmin gives notes of dried plums, beetroot, black cherries, brambles, very mild aspects of lilacs, douglas fir.
Tasting ourselves it was VERY FRUTY we found!
