The Sheri is a Japanese whisky built around sherry cask influence, drawing on both Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks before the spirit is finished in Mizunara oak. That combination shapes a balanced profile, with a smooth texture and quieter details that come through as the whisky opens up.
Bottled at 46% ABV in a 750 ml format, this expression comes from Kaiyo’s master blender and reflects the care taken at each stage of maturation. It’s a whisky made for slow drinking and sharing, with the Mizunara finish leaving its mark alongside the deeper sherry character.
